About the Role

What You'll Do:
As a Project Manager, you will lead capital projects and provide management to the most risky and challenging (major) projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that capital is invested efficiently and effectively through application of the project management system to all capital projects. Other duties include:
Improve project delivery capability by continual development of both systems and personnel.
Ensure compliance with applicable Company HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) Performance Standards, as well as applicable acts and regulations.
Live and foster the IPL (Incitec Pivot Limited) Corporate Values.
Supports Business Improvement initiatives and ensures participation from all areas of responsibility
Ensure compliance with and continuous improvement of the PMO’s Project Management System.
Control the nominated site capital expenditure and projects to achieve production and financial targets.
