**Principales Responsabilidades**:- Act as direct supervisor for up to (4) direct reports in Chicago, Buenos Aires, and/or Mexico City- Accountable for all aspects of team oversight, including: employee onboarding, employee training, employee performance (accountability and behavior), employee retention- Maintain target utilization for assigned work and for direct reports work.
- Onboard, maintain and grow assigned client base: coordinate with Account Management & Media Strategy on long term strategic roadmap- Own performance accuracy for campaign execution, optimization, and Rise 5 on all assigned clients.
