Forvis Mazars is seeking an ITS Manager!
The primary goal of an ITS Manager at Forvis Mazars Mexico is to ensure that our clients’ cross-border operations are fully compliant with both Mexican and international tax regulations while optimizing their overall tax burden. This is achieved by:
- Applying bilateral treaties and the Multilateral Instrument to prevent double taxation.
- Designing and reviewing tax-efficient structures (e.g., dividend decrees, cross-border restructurings).
- Leading SAT audits and due diligence reviews with minimal client disruption.
- Delivering actionable insights that align tax planning with clients’ business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
