- Support the continued development of Danone's Compliance Program;
- Advise internal teams (including Commercial, Medical, marketing, RH) on a broad array of compliance matters, including antibribery and anticorruption, interpretation of Danone's Code of Conduct and company policies, communications about Danone's products, interactions with the Healthcare System (including professionals, healthcare organizations, government entities, government officials and patients;
- Conduct Compliance investigations, including management of any resulting action plans.
- Support the RH Team in investigations through training of investigators;
- Ensure new employees, current employees and third-party agents are educated in the programs, specific policies and procedures and the compliance and ethical requirements relevant to their job responsabilities for Brazil;
