Geodetic Engineer

We are seeking a purpose-driven and experienced Geodetic Engineer to lead and manage land and engineering surveys essential to property acquisition, land development, and construction projects. This role is responsible for field surveys, technical verification, regulatory coordination, and documentation to support accurate planning, design, construction execution, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Field Surveys

• Conduct high-level field surveys to support site analysis for properties subject to possible acquisition.
• Perform road alignment and construction validation surveys based on Construction requirements.
• Conduct joint inspection surveys with MCC Line & Grade and/or external survey consultants to verify survey plans, lot descriptions, and property boundaries.
• Conduct surveys of informal settlers based on Project Development requests.
