About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver Genesys Cloud / Genesys Contact Centre solutions based on client business and CX requirements
  • Work closely with customers to understand contact centre operations, call flows, and user journeys
  • Configure and support IVR, ACD, queues, routing strategies, agent profiles, and reporting
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution design discussions, technical walkthroughs, and demos
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors during implementation and go-live
  • Provide post-implementation technical support, troubleshooting, and optimisation
  • Document solution designs, configurations, and implementation guidelines
  • Act as a technical point of contact for Genesys-related escalations

Requirements (Must Have)

  • Hands-on experience with Genesys platforms (Minimum 1 year)
  • (Genesys Cloud / Genesys Engage / Genesys Contact Centre)
