Genesys Solution Engineer

About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Genesys Cloud / Genesys Contact Centre solutions based on client business and CX requirements
- Work closely with customers to understand contact centre operations, call flows, and user journeys
- Configure and support IVR, ACD, queues, routing strategies, agent profiles, and reporting
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution design discussions, technical walkthroughs, and demos
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors during implementation and go-live
- Provide post-implementation technical support, troubleshooting, and optimisation
- Document solution designs, configurations, and implementation guidelines
- Act as a technical point of contact for Genesys-related escalations
Requirements (Must Have)
- Hands-on experience with Genesys platforms (Minimum 1 year)
- (Genesys Cloud / Genesys Engage / Genesys Contact Centre)
