Genesys Developer

Job Description Genesys Routing composer developer ORS Implementation Will be constantly utilizing your experience in Genesys eServices and Genesys suites of products (Framework, eServices, Routing, Reporting, Call Recording, WFM, etc.) throughout the entirety of this role. As the Genesys Developer, they will be writing new codes throughout the entire duration of the role. Will be working with Genesys on-premises contact center infrastructure and high viability. Will be working alongside a team with Agile methodologies both Scrum and Kanban. Responsible for leading and executing technology projects from start to end. Will be working with ORS implementation the majority of this role. Will be helping other associates with operational-related activities. Conducting proof of concepts for new capabilities and solutions.
