**What you'll do?
**
- Build interaction flows with Genesys Cloud Architect
- Generate and maintain documentation
- Participate actively as a Scrum Team Member
- Familiarity with processes and adaptability
- Customer Experience and Service oriented
**What you'll bring**:
- 2 years or more of experience with Genesys Cloud CX configuration and management, knowledge of Contact Center functionality and concepts, like Queues, Interaction Routing, Campaigns, etc.
- 1 year of experience with Genesys Cloud Architect (Drag & Drop tool), building IVR flows.
- Knowledge of Genesys Cloud Data Actions and how to use them within flows.
- Knowledge of Genesys Cloud API and JSON Schemas.
- Experience collecting and analyzing logs, such as Wireshark, Browser's Network and Console, REST output, for troubleshooting and functional validation.
