About the Role

 
  Our client, a BBQ restaurant known as is looking for a  General Hotel Supervisor  who can grow with the establishment. 
 The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and possesses strong leadership skills to supervise a team effectively. The ideal candidate should have  at least  three years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
 
   Responsibilities:  
 Supervise and manage a team of 40 staff members, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
 Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
 Develop and implement strategies for business development, including networking, sales initiatives, and promotional activities.
 Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
