About the Role
General Practice Registered Nurse (RN) - 4 Month Contract
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our friendly and supportive general practice team on a 4-month fixed-term contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care within a well-established primary healthcare setting.
This Role is RN1 part time of approximately 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver patient-centred nursing care in a general practice environment
Immunisations in accordance with the National Immunisation Program
Wound care and clinical procedures
Infection prevention and control
Chronic Disease Management and Care Planning
Health Assessments and screening activities
Patient triage and support for GPs
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and assisting with recall and reminders
