General Manager Rubber (m/f/d) – Friction & Rubber Group
Your role
As General Manager Rubber, you have full P&L responsibility for the Rubber activity within the Friction & Rubber Product Line covering activities in Europe, America and Asia. You drive profitable growth, ensure strong customer focus and lead the strategic development of the Rubber activity across regions.
You are accountable for the operational and financial performance of the Rubber business and hold responsibility for Sales Friction in Europe, CIS and North Africa to build a cohesive and high performing salesforce.
