About the Role

 Leading newspaper organization in Bahrain is seeking a General Manager with at least 10 years of experience in the same field. Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
 The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful management.
  Key Responsibilities: 
 Oversee day-to-day operations of the company.
 Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals.
 Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies.
 Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
 Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
 Report directly to the Chairman & Director
