At Ethikos, we are supporting an international organization in the search for a General Manager to lead and consolidate its operations in Saudi Arabia.

This role is designed for a senior leader with strong operational vision, capable of building structure, leading teams and driving sustainable growth in an international and multicultural context.

🎯 Role Purpose

The General Manager will act as the senior local leader, responsible for ensuring a coherent, efficient and transparent operation in Saudi Arabia. The role requires progressively building local operational autonomy while maintaining strong alignment with the company’s global strategy, technical standards and values.
