About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of the strategic plan for the Canada Reconditioning business, including growth, profitability, and operational priorities
- Drive alignment with broader organizational initiatives (e.g., transformation, integration, or carve‑out efforts within Canada operations)
- Identify and execute opportunities for operational improvement, cost optimization, and revenue growth
Financial & Operational Performance
- Own full P&L accountability for the Canada Reconditioning business
- Ensure facilities meet or exceed revenue, profit targets, production, efficiency goals, and customer service expectations
- Monitor and drive performance using KPIs across operations, safety, quality, and financial metrics
