General Manager Operations

TheGeneral Manager – Operations will lead and manage the full spectrum of operations that supportUS-based retail operations from Karachi. This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader with a strong “Customer First ” mindset and a “Can Do ”attitude. The GM will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing large cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless coordination across functions in a fast-paced night-shift environment.

The scope of operations covers Administration, IT Support, Supply Chain Management, and Finance, serving multiple business entities.
