General Manager - Operations (India)

Scope

The General Manager - Operations is responsible for efficient management of the concerned Factory, with overall responsibility for optimum capacity utilization of the plant resulting in achievement of revenue and profitability targets. This includes managing the overall productivity, quality, profitability and people efficiency of the Factory. Maintaining harmonious and conducive work environment, industrial relations and adherence to Occupational Health & Safety, Social and Process compliance are key to the role holder. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
