About the Role
This role will be responsible for all operations within the mine. From production, to jetty, to logistics, and everything else. This person must be target-driven to achieve all targets and also experienced in blasting method.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving production targets based on the established Monthly Production Plan.
- Participate in and lead every Production Team P5M meeting – discussing targets, unit status, safety, mine and road conditions, and other issues.
- Work together with the Mining Engineering and Repair & Maintenance (RM) teams to prepare the monthly Production Plan/Budget.
