General Manager - Manufacturing

I’m recruiting on behalf of our client for a hands-on General Manager – Manufacturing.

This is a role for a senior operations leader ready to step into a GM title. Not for a long-established GM looking for another executive seat.

If you’re already a General Manager earning north of $200k base and looking for a like-for-like role, this isn’t it. Base Salary will likely fall in the high 1's (dependent on experience).

This opportunity is aimed squarely at an Operations Manager / Head of Manufacturing / Senior Operations Leader who wants ownership, accountability and a GM title and is prepared to earn it through execution.

• Running manufacturing operations within budget (circa $10m production budget)
• Delivering manufacturing excellence through hands-on leadership
