About the Role
INDUSTRY : HOSPITALITY / ACCOMODATION
BASIC SALARY : RM 6,000.00 onwards (depending on experience and performance)
MUST have OWN transport.
MUST have at least 3 years experience in Hotel/Hospitality or Customer Service
MUST be able to work on Friday's, Saturday's, Sunday's and Public Holidays
MUST be able to deal with difficult customer service related issues
MUST be able to deal with undermanagers & supervisors
BRIEF OVERVIEW ON DAILY TASKS :
Manage subordinates : undermanagers for the housekeeping team, receptionist team, administration team
Making sure daily operations are smooth and SOPs are enforced
Carrying out tasks that are required by the Management in regards on operations (Housekeeping, Customer Service & Data Entry)
Cost control and supplier audits
Implement and enforce efficient op...
