About the Role
We’re seeking a General Manager to develop and oversee a network of international schools across Mexico and expanding LATAM, driving performance, innovation, and sustainable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead regional strategy and operations across multiple sites.
- Build and manage cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Marketing, Compliance).
- Own P&L, budgeting, and financial performance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold safeguarding standards.
- Drive brand positioning and market development.
- Champion digital transformation and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced degree in Business, Education, or Management.
- Native or bilingual English speaker; fluent in Spanish.
