General Manager K12 Education

We’re seeking a General Manager to develop and oversee a network of international schools across Mexico and expanding LATAM, driving performance, innovation, and sustainable growth. What You’ll Do Lead regional strategy and operations across multiple sites. Build and manage cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Marketing, Compliance). Own P&L, budgeting, and financial performance. Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold safeguarding standards. Drive brand positioning and market development. Champion digital transformation and operational efficiency. What We’re Looking For Advanced degree in Business, Education, or Management. Native or bilingual English speaker; fluent in Spanish. Proven leadership in multi-site or multi-country operations. Strong strategic, financial, and people management skills. Experience with international education standards. Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and project/change management.
