Role Overview

This senior leadership role holds full commercial and operational accountability for the Private Label and Brand portfolio across the Switzerland region. The position is responsible for defining and executing the regional strategic roadmap, delivering sustainable revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational excellence across wholesale, retail and digital channels.

The successful candidate will operate with end-to-end ownership across product strategy, sourcing, pricing, inventory, working capital and distribution, while leading cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with international stakeholders.
