General Manager - Australia Development

An exceptional opportunity exists for a seasoned property executive to lead and grow a significant Australian real estate portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role carries full P&L accountability and end-to-end responsibility across development, asset management, leasing, sales and portfolio optimisation.

In this role you will own the overall Australia portfolio performance, driving financial, operational and strategic outcomes. You will lead development strategy from feasibility through to delivery, ensuring projects are executed to time, cost, quality and return expectations.

This is a hands-on leadership role blending commercial asset stewardship with active development execution. You will shape portfolio strategy, optimise asset performance, oversee leasing and sales outcomes, and identify asset recycling and enhancement opportunities.
