About the Role
COMPENSATION: Base Salary $65,000. Quarterly Performance Bonus tied directly to: Office insurer scorecard performance 48‑hour audit completion compliance Documentation accuracy and defensibility Escalation and risk detection discipline Client follow‑up and survey execution Bonus eligibility requires maintaining insurer score above minimum threshold (80%) and meeting audit standards.
