General Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the General Manager, FourForty Backline is responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operations of FM Systems’ FourForty Backline division. This role is accountable for the strategic growth, operational excellence, financial performance and the continued development of the backline market, while ensuring alignment with the FM Systems Group standards, values, and objectives.

SALES AND MARKET DEVELOPMENT

• Develop and expand client relationships by leveraging existing industry connections and identifying new business opportunities.
• Build and strengthen market awareness of the FourForty Backline brand, emphasizing product quality, service standards, and company values.
• Oversee inventory management, deployment processes, and standardized quoting practices.
