General Description
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, lead the Equipment Maintenance function for the Operations BU JRZ2.
Experience And Education
Professional degree in Engineering or verifiable experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing and/or the automotive industry.
Knowledge, Skills And Certifications
Knowledge of Mexican and international standards NOM, OSHAS, ISO-**** for risk management, business continuity, change management and emergency preparedness.
Solid knowledge in Project Management and Maintenance.
Technical experience in metal-mechanical processes and equipment, including PLC controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, metrology and flexible assembly.
Strong skills in problem solving, risk analysis and communication.
Ability to work in a multicultural and multigenerational environment.
Leader who leads with a strong focus on teamwork and customer service.
