About the Role

Job Summary:
Coating Operators, in Nisku, Alberta, will be responsible for the internal coating of used tubulars and related goods. Work is physical in nature and includes tasks such as: cleaning, blasting, and coating pipe, operating an overhead crane and related equipment.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Pipe handling
Thread spray application
Mixing/adding coating to system
Overhead crane operation
Equipment operation/set-up/adjustment
Follow basic safety rules
Report any accidents, incidents, near misses or hazards in the workplace
Housekeeping
Accountable to immediate supervisor to complete assigned job tasks in a safe manner
Ensure safety of themselves and fellow co-workers
Accountable for ensuring trainees are complying with Safe Work requirements
