Qualifications
FLINT is seeking a General Foreperson with a minimum of 5 years' industrial maintenance experience, including senior supervisory leadership experience, for a permanent role in Conklin/Christina Lake, Alberta starting March 17, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 7 Days In & 7 Days Out schedule, 12-hour workdays, camp accommodation, $300 per week travel pay, truck rate and benefits after 300+ hours worked.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in heavy industrial, O&G, or similar field.
- Previous supervisory experience (planning, cost control, scheduling, productivity management)
- Journeyperson trade certification strongly preferred.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- H2S Alive
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
- Standard First Aid
- WHMIS
