Overview

A General Banking Officer is responsible for providing efficient customer service and handling various banking operations at the branch level. They handle account opening, manage customer queries, and process non-financial transactions accurately. They also assist in maintaining fixed assets inventory, security stationery, and administrative support. Additionally, they handle customer complaints, refer customers to appropriate services, and ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedur
