The role
Clifford Chance is seeking a highly motivated and skilled General Banking Associate to join our prestigious Global Financial Markets practice in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will work on a variety of complex finance transactions, including leveraged and acquisition finance, private credit & direct lending, project finance, real estate finance, and restructuring. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team on high-profile transactions for a global client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of financing documents.
Conduct legal research and provide advice on a variety of finance-related legal issues.
Participate in structuring, negotiating, and executing finance transactions.
Work closely with partners, counsels and senior associates, and clients to ensure transactions are completed efficiently and effectively.
