About the Role
Key Responsibility
- Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budget usage to ensure alignment with the approved business plan.
- Ensure the accuracy of asset-related data, including physical assets and administrative records.
- Review asset needs and conditions based on directives, policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Support the implementation of efficient and compliant processes for all asset-related activities.
- Provide insights and reports to ensure effective asset planning, utilization, and lifecycle management.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, or Administration.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong skills in budget analysis and asset management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly meticulous.
- Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
