- Be friendly, professional and provide a warm and online communication with members and prospects.
- Handle queries in a calm, caring, and helpful way — whether over the phone or by email.
- Help us foster a positive, uplifting community where people come first, and fitness naturally follows.
- Use our member management system (Zen Planner) to manage sign-ups, bookings, check-ins, and member accounts efficiently.
- Manage all Aphobos Emails and respond to prospects within 24 hours of enquiry.
