Gen AI Engineer

We are currently recruiting a couple of AI developers (generative AI focused)

What would you do?

• Work closely with Product Owners, Data Analysts, Data Engineers and ML Engineers to design, build, deploy and monitor scalable AI and Generative AI products.
• Play a key role in the adoption of Generative AI across the business, building solutions based on LLMs, embeddings and RAG to solve real user and operational problems.
• Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into AI systems that are accurate, reliable and practical in production.
• Monitor and improve model and system performance, apply best practices in Data Science, MLOps and LLMOps, and continuously refine models and prompts to maximize business impact.
