GDS Consulting_Senior Data Engineer

The opportunity

We’re looking for a Cloud Senior Data Engineer to join the EY GDS Data Engineering Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• At least 3 years of experience in developing cloud data ingestion and processing pipelines using at least 2 of the following: Microsoft Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, or Hadoop.
• Hands-on experience in using any or combination of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableu, Looker, Qlick.
• Hands-on experience in using any or combination of Python, Pyspark, Scala, Java script and SQL. 
• Familiar with data modelling best practices for data engineers.
• Familiar with CI/CD development using devops/Git.
• Familiar with data architecture best practices on any of the ff: No sql databases, RDBMS, or Databricks Unity Catalog...
