Game Developer

My client, a long established game studio in Helsinki, is seeking a Senior Game Programmer to support a long running live game built on a proprietary engine. The role requires strong C++ skills, confidence working with large legacy codebases, and the ability to collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain gameplay systems in C++
• Work within a large, complex codebase
• Collaborate with designers, artists, producers, and QA
• Troubleshoot and resolve challenging issues

Qualifications

• Strong professional C++ competence
• 5+ years in a game development environment
• Experience with long-running or legacy codebases
• Passion for games
