Job Description:

Project Brains, a dynamic marketplace, is seeking an experienced Middle Gainsight Administrator to take ownership of a complex Customer Success technology ecosystem. This role involves integrating Salesforce Sales and Revenue Cloud with BigQuery and third-party automation tools to ensure data integrity, scalable lifecycle automation, and seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize daily data synchronization between BigQuery, Salesforce, and Gainsight.

• Build and enhance lifecycle automation using Gainsight Rules Engine for onboarding, retention, renewals, and health monitoring.

• Manage data flows across the Customer Success technology stack, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability.

• Design and maintain automation logic using Gainsight's Event Framework, External Actions, and Data Designer.
