Role: GAIN – Performance Campaign Manager

Overview
Operational role running paid media campaigns for 3–6 clients, always including Facebook; additional channels as needed.
Collaborate with Performance Director on daily management, analysis, optimisation; propose tests and expansion opportunities; future growth in client management and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Daily budget tracking
- Daily campaign management and optimisation
- Weekly reporting
- Ad hoc reporting and deep‑dive analysis
- A/B testing and support on test ideas
- Client communication
- Internal knowledge sharing
- Learn new channels as needed (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Twitter)
