Job Description:
The Functional QA will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Digital Commerce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications through comprehensive functional, integration, and regression testing. This role involves close collaboration with product, development, and Scrum teams to deliver high-quality releases while maintaining strong ownership of testing activities and defect management. Responsibilities: Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for Digital Commerce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications. Participate in requirements grooming sessions and review functional specifications. Create, manage, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans. Manage defects throughout the full bug lifecycle, ensuring accurate reporting, prioritization, and closure.
