Qualifications:

• Strong performance management, communication and time management skills
• Equivalent experience of a warehouse supervisor from 10years and above, same industry experience is a plus. Experience in warehouse automation is a plus.
• Comfortable delivering and receiving frequent, direct, written and oral feedback
• Critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset
• Fluency in Google Sheets & Slides are a MUST
• Strong problem-solving, project management, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and management
• Willing to be assigned in Meycuayan Bulacan
