Functional Lead

Zurich Capability Center is currently looking for a Functional Lead with strong experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, particularly in Commercial Property Insurance. This role is ideal for someone who has been part of large-scale transformation initiatives, brings deep domain knowledge, and can act as a strategic bridge between business and technology teams in an agile environment.

• Be responsible for requirements elaboration for features assigned.
• Document the requirements working with business SMEs and handover the requirements to development teams.
• Provide support to the development team during implementation through clarifications and pre-UAT testing.
• Help anchor the demo of the features in Sprint Review Meetings.
• Participate in post implementation checkouts and provide BA sign-off on the features/epics owned.
