Overview

Position Description. We are hiring a Functional Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation program delivering a modern, AI-enabled Knowledge Management (KM) solution. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining a clear, consistent understanding of how the KM solution is expected to behave from a user and business perspective. You will work across early discovery activities and ongoing Agile delivery to translate business needs into well-formed user stories, support delivery teams with clarity on expected outcomes, and ensure that the solution works coherently across features, integrations, and data sources. A key focus of this role is ensuring that migrated content and data support the intended KM capabilities and that AI-enabled features behave in ways that are meaningful, predictable, and aligned with user needs in a regulated environment.
