About the Role
Ballygarry Estate Hotel & Spa is seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to provide exceptional service in our function bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 4* service standards with professionalism
- Take and serve drink orders accurately
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Check IDs and promote beverages
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Handle cash and credit transactions
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock management
- Follow health, safety, and responsible alcohol service policies
- Support buffet service during events
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Flexibility to work long shifts and other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Willing to work weekends and bank holidays
- Experience is advantageous but not essential
