About the Role

Overview
Manage a portfolio of SME clients, delivering accounting, tax, and advisory services within an Irish accountancy practice.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review statutory accounts (FRS / Irish GAAP).
Manage corporation tax, income tax, and VAT compliance.
Act as main point of contact for clients, providing practical advice.
Ensure compliance with CRO and Revenue deadlines.
Review junior staff work and provide guidance.
Skills & Experience
Fully qualified ACA / ACCA (or equivalent).
Post-qualification experience in Irish practice.
Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge.
Client-facing and commercially minded.
Progression
Clear pathway to Manager / Senior Manager.
