About the Role
The Guiding Star LLC is seeking a dedicated Transaction Coordinator to support our real estate operations. This full-time, permanent, remote position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience managing contracts, deadlines, and communication across multiple parties. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all steps of contract-to-close transactions.
Review purchase agreements, addendums, and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
Open escrow and track deadlines for inspections, appraisals, financing, and contingencies.
Maintain communication with clients, agents, lenders, title/escrow officers, and cooperating brokers.
Prepare and deliver required disclosures and documentation.
Update and manage CRM and transaction management platforms.
