About the Role
Enhance security skills with Paladin Security as a Full-Time Trainer in Hamilton. Conduct essential training on MOAB and Use of Force tactics while ensuring compliance with provincial regulations.
The ideal candidate will deliver impactful training sessions focusing on MOAB, Use of Force, and Healthcare Security. As part of the Training & Development team, you'll utilize hands-on instruction, create and update training materials, and assess the effectiveness of training given to front-line staff.
