Key Responsibilities



Manage buyer and seller transactions from executed contract through closing

Coordinate with title companies, escrow officers, lenders, appraisers, and other stakeholders

Schedule and monitor inspections, deadlines, and key transaction milestones

Maintain consistent communication with clients, agents, and transaction partners

Ensure all documentation is complete and submitted for compliance requirements

Coordinate moving, possession, and closing schedules

Manage client records and maintain accurate database information
