About the Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer oriented Receptionist to work in a brand-new modern office and be part of an amazing and collaborative team in the heart of Chatswood CBD. 
Ideally, you will have a positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent communication skills in order to be considered for this role.


Your duties include, but are not limited to:
Arranging external and internal events
Managing the overall meeting rooms
Managing / Servicing guests check in and outs
Ensuring that the front of office and recreation area are tidy and well organised
Providing assistance in the office all around duties and other administrative tasks
Answering telephone, email queries and directing to appropriate departments
Arranging social media events and internal/external activities
Developing in house rules for all of the employees
