Full-Time Instructor Pilot (Global/Challenger)

We are hiring multiple full‑time Instructor Pilots for the Bombardier Business Jet Platform (Global & Challenger) at our Montreal Training Centre.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Delivering high‑quality simulator and ground school instruction.
+ Preparing and conducting briefings and debriefings.
+ Ensuring training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.
+ Maintaining your own qualifications and participating in continuous professional development.
+ Sharing your aviation knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
+ All instruction shall be provided in English.


Minimum Qualifications
+ Any Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) licence issued by a recognized aviation authority
+ Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication skills.
+ Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet‑based programs.
