The Custody Officer (CO) is responsible to ensure the safety and security of migrants housed at the ICE Migrant Operations Center at the Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB). COs act in accordance with the highest ethical standards always and ensure a spirit of fairness and integrity in the on-going execution of their duties. COs for the MOC are assigned to unarmed posts inside the MOC, the MOC perimeter, and escort of migrants outside of the MOC. COs are directly responsible for the supervision, safety, and security of migrants in ICE custody at the MOC.
