Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant based in the Philippines to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks. This role requires hands-on experience with Xero and Dext, strong reconciliation skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, international setup.

Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Accounting

• Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
• Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, and expenses via Dext
• Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations
• Ensure correct coding of transactions to nominal accounts
• Handle multi-currency transactions and exchange rate differences

Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts
• Support VAT preparation and reconciliations (UK VAT experience is a must have)
